Kerridge, about 1914

Stone flagged paths and steps still exist in the fields around Kerridge. They were probably laid to help workers living in Bollington to get to and from the quarries on the west side of Kerridge Hill. Poorly maintained, they are in danger of being hidden under soil and pasture. Some flags have been removed completely.
